Here is the catalogue of all our items available to hire and the relevant prices.
You can choose all the items individually or Contact Us to discuss your needs. If you are unsure how many items you will need for the number of guests coming to your event, Contact Us and we can offer you advice based on the number of guests and the amount of catering you are having at your event.
If you have simply set your heart on having the full afternoon tea party experience, you can tell us the number of people coming to your event and we will put together a package of all the items necessary to ensure the perfect, elegant tea party with a cost per person.
Delivery & Washing Up & Breakages
Delivery
We are based in London and can deliver to most places in the South East and Home Counties, and we have a second base near Melton Mowbray so can cover most of the East Midlands aswell but please Contact Us in the first instance to avoid disappointment. We can deliver to other locations by prior arrangement.
We will arrange when to deliver and pick up your hired items when the booking is made.
Washing Up
Due to the very delicate nature of the hire items we must keep the fun job of washing everything up to ourselves! As we’re sure you will understand, the items are definitely NOT dishwasherproof, so we charge 20% of the hire charge to cover the time it takes to individually wash and dry the items. We believe this is a fair reflection of the time involved in this necessary task. We split the cost out of the hire charge so that our clients can see exactly what they’re being charged for since we firmly believe the extra costs should not be “bumped up” as a way of increasing the hire fee.
Breakages
Again, due to the delicate nature of the items, we do expect a few breakages now and again, but I’m afraid we must pass the cost of these on to the client. It can take a lot of time and work to locate suitable items to hire so the costs reflect this. Please see the list below for exact costs:
